Construction

ConstructionDispute resolution relates to the field of construction primarily through a process called “partnering.” “Partnering” is a process that is used in complex construction cases to bring all stakeholders—architects, developers, contractors, and subcontractors, and government regulators—together to establish means of communication and ways of resolving disputes. Generally, this process involves comprehensive meetings with all stakeholders as well as smaller individual meetings with entities that will have daily interaction. The process concludes with all stakeholders signing a document called a :charter,” pledging to uphold efficient and effective communication and prompt resolution of all disputes.
